Job Description

Responsibility

·       Managing , Checking and Analysis the daily Operations of collection transactions

·       Managing, Checking and Analysis the repossess transactions

·       Managing and Monitor for Collectors


Job Requirements

1. Continuous Improvement, Initiative / Innovation, Customer Focus, Teamwork, Active Listening, Building Confidence, Analysis, Discipline Implementation, Motivational, Planning, Problem Solving, Empowering Other, People Development, Change Management    
2. Excellent analytical skills
3. Team management and strong negotiation skills
4. Bachelor degree Master degree of Finance or Accounting
5. Has driving license and able to travel to provinces
6. At least 5 years experiences in related field
7. Can work under pressure

Job Responsibility

Tasks

·       To monitor the status of Overdue, Current Due, and related data

·       Assign to Collector Team according Collection Schedule

·       Visit Customer and collect the AR Due Amount if have requirement for operation

·       To get Collection Report for all related Due with Target and Achievement

·       To Increase AR Collection from customers

·       Manage and Monitor for Repossess machine form customer

·       Ensure to handle Interest and Discount Process with Customers , Collectors , related BU

·       Review the update customer status and instruction to collector

·       Set price for 2nd hand machine

·       Visit to related location concern Collection, Legal and other issue

·       Checking commission and review incentive for sale

·       Attend and present KPI Meeting by Monthly
