Providing service to assist staffs with technical issues related to hardware, software, networks and other IT systems

Proficiency in Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.

Strong knowledge of networking concepts and troubleshooting.

Experience with remote desktop tools and ticketing systems.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Installing and configuring computer hardware, operating systems and applications as well as monitoring and maintaining ICT equipment and peripherals.
