    Job Description


    Responsible make sure all office functions are perform well. This job function is Lead the efficient delivery of all processes and administrative functions in line with the values, objectives and priorities of the organization. This position has to be aware of company rules and the company’s goal to consistently meet or surpass customers’ expectations.

    Job Requirements

    ·     Customer satisfaction rating will remain above national average (above 8 based on CSI index).

    ·     All parts counter transactions will be completed within 20 minutes of customer contact.

    ·     All “parts and service” receivables” average less than 45 days.

    ·     Successful attainment of parts and service objectives (financial and operational).


    Job Responsibility

    ·       Invoicing control, validation of the invoicing issues, control of the credit invoicing to preferential customer.

    ·       Maintain data of customer due, debit/credit.

    ·       Discipline control of his department

    ·       Coordinate the tasks of accounting, treasury, internal audit and financial analysis.

    ·       Involved in physical counting, maintenance pricing, processing daily paperwork and forms.

    ·       Maintain data of customer’s documentation as directed

    ·       Routine clerical tasks as directed.

    ·       Foster a positive, ambitious, flexible and supportive culture within the Counter parts Administration team so that team members are able and willing to work across all administrative functions.

    • Lead the development, implementation and monitoring of Counter parts Administration daily tasks.
    • Lead on the reporting of team activities and performance indicators, both qualitative and quantitative.
    • Ensure that the Counter Parts Administration work in the most cost effective and efficient way, meeting and exceeding its KPI's wherever possible.

    ·        Job function support for the parts department as required.

    ·        Performs other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
